Hi Natalie, sorry I have not gotten back to you, just had a new grand baby arrive so been babysitting. All back in action now. Yes we have been in contact with Josh a few times. We had an app to do an appraisal today but he cancelled and said to just do a desktop one as he wants to do some painting etc. we will keep in touch with him and let you know if we have any news
