rant JAN 23 -They still need repairs done through insurance before proceeding to sale
GREG JAN 23 - Spoke to Betty twice back in December 22 and she was viewing her property with her tenant and wanted to see what condition it was in before making any decisions. I have since made two follow-up calls and left voicemail messages as well as sent a text message today.
