23/05/19: Peter (vendor) emailed, "We have awaited the outcome of the election and are now not likley to put it on the market ...given interest rates are dropping and our rental returns are ok."
23/03/18: not selling this year but will be looking for this time next year to call back
19/03/18: Vendor emailed, "As I told you we have only just started considering selling a property and have to do some more considering of our finances before we take the next step. Will talk again next Friday."
