11/03/19 - Spoke to agent Jan Lee, happy to accept referral if client is interested in selling and prepared to cut her losses as there will be a loss $200k (if she bought between 2006 and 2009 the market has dropped to the lowest point with mining closed etc, best to have them rented for next 5 yrs.
