Narelle Hosking owner said that although we sent the referral to Tony in March, the owners chose other agent, did not sell with them, then a staff member who knew the owners not the owners daughter, got tony Franke in she will confirm: **Existing relationship confirmed by Narelle and Bec Southey, Len and Moreen Watson knew their accounts lady and they would have chosen Tony Franke regardless of their daughter's recommendation, Moreen Watson was putting this in writing **
