28/09/18: Not ready yet going thru separation nothing has settled to touch base with him end of year vf
03/07/18: Spoke to Matthew, he informed me he is hopping to keep the property. It's a divorce situation and doesnt know if he will be able to. He is happy for us to follow up in couple of months
