17/04/19: Spoke to Emma (vendor), Not selling this year as they have just moved in to one of the properties. and the other one is rented.
28/08/18: Spoke to client she did not have success from Steven Fan Ray White so she took it off him and said she was approached by Vivek ( she did not think it was from Christopher Sahyoun as his name not mentioned vf)

11/07/18: Spoke to vendor, "decided to appoint Steven Fan as they had contact with him last year but at that stage did not have any appraisals from him and let mek now that they settletd on properties and now have a time frame to sell which is by end of month other wise they will be moving in to property and selling their Concord home the home they are living in now. Dont want to make more than $10k loss on units they want to cover all their costs
02/07/18: Spoke to Adam, she wanted too much for property than what it was worth and clause in contract said they could not sell it for more before settlement
