* Vendor no longer responsive to emails & agents from this point
08/10/18: Last phone call w/ Christine, she said she has agreed to meet with Megan lawrence in 2 weeks time and was happpy to leave it at that for the time being.
29/06/18: Spoke to client she will not be ready to go to market until August
28/03/18: Agent Megan accepted referral
