20/11/18 - Spoke to vendor, Not looking at doing anything now wants to achieve $2millplus to ctc her in march
follow up Lisa said for her to ctc client in 2.5weeks time
17/05/18 - Vendor advised has had a couple of the agents do appraisals. But is not sure if she does want to sell or not.
Asked us to be patient.
19/04/18 - Agents Lisa and Matt both advised they've spoken to vendor Latifa, still needs a few weeks to ge the house ready
03/04/18 - Lisa Novak and Chris Aldren accepted the referral
03/04/18 - Matt Morley got the lead from OA at 1:21PM and, wanted to confirm he pays only one fee and to whom
