23/01/2023 - APP to vendor: yes I got a couple of appraisals and some directly from the a few agents I'm familiar with in the area.
10/01/2023 - Mario: Appraisal was booked in, then she cancelled because her husband apparently had to go into work. I'm waiting to hear back from Zainab regarding a suitable time for me to go and have a look at the property.
