Bernadette is not well at. liked both the agnts - did nto meet with Kim. Will sell later int he year - likely to go with Ray White Nundah - very cheap commission and no advertising. Liked other agents too. May give RW a month then use another agent if she does not sel. 

STEF -By way of an update, I messaged Bernie last week to see how she is going and I think she is almost ready but overwhelmed. She has said she would like to sell, but when I tried to arrange to come around again to discuss her options she backed off.

It might be worth reconnecting from your end? She has been looking at new homes but can't purchase without selling her place first.

Heard from agents - kim was slow to act

Drew noted - had a great meetign with the venodr 1 1/2 hours. She is looking to finalise the divorce first then do a little reno (which Drew will provide tradies to assist) and keep in touch with her. May go to market around April. He is confident. Vendor noted that she was very impressed with him and also very happy with the WREA service as she got really good agents recommended exactly what she was after. 

STEFAN - Hi Natalie - yes remember we spoke about it? 😊 She was very happy with the appraisal but if you remember she's not ready to sell yet. Will definitely keep you posted 😀
