25/01/2019 Vendor advised Market turned at just the wrong time for us, and price has come off 150k in 12-17 months. And as I’m not buying and selling in the same market, (I bought the next house 18 months ago) I’ve decided to hold off on the sale for now. Best. Andy
24/01/2019 Vendor advised we have decided not to sell in current market. Too depressing. We will either not move (to another house we have in Ballina) or will move and rent our current house.
