VENDOR -Not yet. There's been delays in construction YES
BRIX - may 23 - called and texted again, no respond yet.
JAN 23 separation, tried to buy out from partner, saw couple agents through. at this stage, just want to have valuation first. follow up today no answer, sms left. texted back, still waiting for lawyer respond.
