23/2/23  The prospective Vendor thought the property was eligible to subdivide – but unfortunately it is not in the correct zoning for this.


She has a bit of work to do ( well a lot really ) before she considers putting the property on the market and she thought the property would be worth much more than it is ( considering she thought it was subdividable ).

We are going to keep in touch – but I would say it is a long way off from being sold.//Susan
