16/10/18 - Spoke to vendor who mentioned that he is putting off the sale of his property until the market picks up. I noted I would follow up again next year.
25/07/18 - Spoke to vendor who mentioned he was not too happy with Simon as he sent his assistant and did everything the vendor said not to do, but he is n ot blaming me the vendor is blaming Open Agent.
