It's not online due to the tenants. I'll be checking in with the owner this month to see where he is at with it all.

tim  - Not going to proceed until July. As property is rented until October.



MARTIN - I have spoken to Tim and we are in discussions about his options due to having a tenant. I have sent a summary email with options yesterday and will catch up with him again next week as he will do some thinking over the weekend. Thanks, Martin Ray White


JESSE - Definitely work in progress. He thought the renters lease expires in March whereas it doesn't expires till October
