Good morning Natalie, I spoke to Ellen and provided her with a comparative market analysis and a draft management authority for her to review our fees, Unfortunately, I was out of the office all day yesterday with inspections and an entry condition report, so I did not get a chance to follow up. But when I first spoke to her, she seemed uncertain and also asked if she could list for well below what the market data indicated. I will try contacting her this morning and let you know.
