17/10/23- unfortunately no enquiry on this one for some time.
Vendors happy to leave price as it is, so doubtful we will have any action soon.
Needs to be $1,200,000 - $1,300,000
the market here has changed a lot with the older homes as no one is really interested in building or renovating.
