OUTSIDE T&Cs - Prices have dropped/stagnated on apartments but her rental yield has increased dramatically. WILL NOT BE SELLING 

29/11/2024 - Clara: will hold on as market hasn't really changed on small apartments - gave her honest info from agents in area. Have FU scheduled for 08/2025
