Leah - Yes I have been keeping in contact with both and also had Tom come through my place for a rental appraisal. 

At the moment I’m just waiting until I have a firm date of when I can move out as it is pending renovations at my partner’s place. When that happens I feel like I am in a good position to make a decision on which agent to go with. Thanks!
