7/07/2023 - Janyce (vendor) : Just to give you an update on my property. Prior to contacting Which Real Estate Agent in January of this year, I sought an appraisal from Century 21 Maddies Hermans In November 2022 (see attached). Thank you for providing 3 Real Estate Agents which included Century 21 Maddies Hermans. I met with all 3 agents and after considerable consideration I decided to use Century 21 Scarborough based on the appraisal they provided in November 2022.

Maddie: Had the client email  a copy of the appraisal - just forgot to notify us until it was listed.

MADDIE???

5/07/2023 UD to Maddie / C21: We are looking into this as we actually appraised this apartment late last year it was only when I went the other day as I was never able to see the property as Martin was a fly in fly out and Janice recognised me when we went so we are going through our appraisals.

27/01/2023 - Janyce: Yes all have been in contact, and I will follow them up with appointments in the near future.

24/01/2023 - Maddie: Just spoke to Janyce and she is going to have a meeting with the 3 agents and on the 30th March will probably make a decision sometime later. Is not going on the market until July for the new financial year
