may 23 - FYI - have been keeping in regular contact with client monthly and agreed to meet in next 2 weeks to book in time to catch up as getting closer to going on the market. will keep you informed.

CASSIE - Booked in for appraisal Monday

Janice - MAY 23 - Called yesterday and left message with vendor - she did not answer and needed to wait until Sept/October for her land to be registered before she could list.. will follow up monthly

FEB 23 - Spoke to Alicia this afternoon - she had Kingsley from AURA property say she would be lucky to sell in the high $600's - which is CRAZY - as we sold similar home in $800's - but we care to extract every $$ for our Vendors. She had another Agent who was OK - but they both LOVED us and have appointed us as their Agents... They are buying land which is not going to be registered until Sept 2023, so we agreed to call again in mid JUNE as they can not sell yet and just want to relax until then, We appreciate the lead and excited to be the appointed Agents.. thank you ! We were horrified at the Appraisal price of the "MALE" Agent

JAN 23 - Called and Text yesterday to f/up after Appraisal - she text back to say she would call when she got a minute - will call again tomorrow if I do no hear from her. They are not going to sell for 3+ months but will sell off market if we can get the right price.

Chatted to Alicia and we booked 11am Appraisal on MONDAY - she was SUPER excited to receive the gift. FIFO husband and he is home next week.
