CHRIS -  Re Rye house we are renovating and in a 6 month period where we can?t rent house out due to expire October so will contact agent again at that time.

Corye - mar 23 - Has given tenant notice to vacate to renovate. Potentially 3-6 months away.

Thanks Natalie! Few ducks and drakes being played at the moment. Little bit of a tricky one we will assist in working through.

Giving tenants 60 days notice so she can update, upgrade the home. Still with current provider.



YPA - spoken to the tenant directly - destroyed the kitchen. 

bad feedback on YPA - went back to tenant as they heard they would lose the PM and now the tenant has detroyed the kitchen. Vendor has give tenants 60 days to vacate.
