19/07/2023 - Looked online, Unit 3/52 is listed on Domain for $750 per week with non-referred agent, Nikki Adams from AH Realty

15/2/23- Tara: The owner advised our fees were insulting. The ongoing fee was the same, but believe the commercial let fee for the shops which is 15% of the first yer was too much.


30/01/2023 - TARA:  Spoke to John, and advised that AH currently look after the shed and charges him a commission on the rent collected on the sheds. They are looking after the commercial, 2 are tenanted and 4 vacant. Looking to possibly sell when all is tenanted. Advised I would speak to Stewart in regard to the shops and have him reach out. I will send an offer for the sheds.

Have emailed John details and fee offer for the shed, and copied Stuart in so he can reach out in regards to the 6 shops. Also left a voicemail for Stuart - all Johns's contact details were sent in email.
