I have been informed that Melanie has decided to not sell their property at the moment due to their personal circumstances and current market conditions. The matter is still with the lawyers for the property settlement plus Melanie thinks the other party is planning to buy her out.



Melanie - No the property is not on the market. We're going through a property settlement atm.
