We won't be going ahead with either agent as the owner's circumstances have changed significantly and they don't wish go any further with the appraisal.

They were both lovely and I've kept in touch with them. It transpired that there were some structural issues that needed attending to so we're having the work done first.

Probably looking towards the end of May before any decisions.
