NEo - The property is now under offer again as 2nd time - the cooling off be finished by end of Wednesday this week.

Just an update 2 bidders on last Sat with highest was $850,000 then vendor bid $875,000. 

Then property has passed-in but no increment.

Asking price i now as per online $910,000 - $930,000.


I am still working with those buyers hopefully they will increase.
