25/07/18: Looked online - Domain states: Listed - not sold - Listed on27 Oct 2017 - 104days listed
14/11/17: David Pickering called back - advised left First National at the end of August (now works for Acton Canningvale)
He seems to think vendor has contacted FN after his advice to agent and other agent has taken listing.
11/07/17: Vendor not selling until November and is going to use LJ Hooker as David's rates were much higher
05/07/17: Agent Adran emailed, "Suzanne appraised the property for us and put $199,000 on the property and he said he will hang onto it for another 12 months."
21/06/17: Agent David accepted the referral
21/06/17: All agents have made contact and appraised.
