We have now secured a tenant. 

Confirming leased out at $600. We almost had a situation where tenant backed out due to the move in date so we put it back on market for $625 but tenant came back and finalised everything with us at $600


Lease starts 17th Feb. Looking forward to move referrals in the future 🙂
