4/02/2020 - Leicester: the owner is at the property at this time and is still in two minds what he wants to do ,but feel free to give him a visit and have a chat . How long he will be around is unsure
02/11/18: Last phone call w/ Leicester/vendor, Property was his friends, going to hold onto it for a bit
25/08/17: Owner moved back into property - Not too sure if they are looking to sell.
