16/08/2023 - Brad:  no updates mate. Owner doesn't want to sell at the moment, he had a contract on it with his tenants but they couldn't get finance

 Darren has ended up selling this property to the tenants direct. After taking some of my advice- He liaised on his own with the tenants and they are still under contract as they run into some complications with finance, but he assures me it’s settling within the week. Happy to help him out but no lead there :)

28/02/2023 - Clint:  Quick update. I believe the owner is privately selling the property to his tenant. Will update you once I know more.

6/02/2023 - Clint:  Just wanted to let you know that Darren is in direct contact with his tenants, who are looking at purchasing the property at present directly with the owners. We will keep abreast of what takes place moving forward.
