8/01/2018 - Karin: Hello Larissa, There has been very little interest in the properties due to an oversupply of brand new houses and townhouses in the area. Modest rent is being achieved on these properties therefore they are of no interest to investors and because both properties now have tenants on fixed term leases there is little chance of selling to an owner occupier. The sellers are anxious to have a sale and have priced the properties to sell, but in a flat market we struggle to find buyers.
