13/4 Karen Terry:  Spoke to Yarie again. Still undecided about selling, likes our proactive follow up and would like to work with us if sells. Have scheduled next follow up in June


Have contacted Yarie today as requested by her a month ago. Left message on her home phone.

All ok and have all in hand thanks want to do some work so until this is done will take approx 1 month


10/2/23-not in a hurry happy with all of the agents, needs to get some cleaning done to the carpets and some painting in garage, not in hurry was quoted between 1.5-2mill will not sell under 2mill


7/2 Grant :  Meeting seemed to go well and I am following up on Wednesday with Yarie.
