Oscar -Sunny has decided to sell his Wollstonecraft townhouse instead for the time being and has an agent already in place. He will likely revisit the Birdwood Ave unit with me after that’s sold





 Sunny called and asked me to send him an agency agreement and a marketing quote. Didn't award me the business but sounded like they would by Monday/Tuesday

Oscar noted that he just spoke to Sunny and he asked him to send him an agency agreement - no commitment yet, but sounds promising

Attended the property, given access by tenant on Wednesday last week. Spoken a few times now, no decision on selling made. Last conversation (yesterday (13/02/23) was they will come back to me with a decision
