9/2 Peter Darby: Hi Vicki, thank you for this referral... we met with Jan & Phil at 7.30 this morning. Jan is waiting for the insurers to replace the roof along with other works. Hopefully we are sitting down with Jan next week for a cuppa to go over the property in more detail.
