15/11/2023 - Ron PUD: Not selling. The property is incredibly run down and the owner is disillusioned with price.

14/06/2023 - Pam: Chris called me back and said the reason she has not been in touch since they returned is that the VET next door is busy negotiating with them to purchase their property so they can expand their business

14/06/2023 - Ron: Chris has said she is no longer looking to sell as the market has not met her expectations.

12/04/20213 - Ron AD: Looking at staying atm. They have been there for a while and not done any maintenance, at this stage the property is in very bad need of repaire

23/03/2023 - Pam: still waiting for end April to follow up as Chris told me she was going to be out of Mackay until then

15/03/2023 - Ron: just called her again today, they are going to stay there for a while as they had 3 appraisals, and all were under her expectations. The property is very rundown, absolutely nothing fixed or maintained since moving in and I mean everything even lights nor repaired.

 15/03/2023 - Ron: Called and left a message again this morning.

7//03/2023 - Pam: I have been in touch with Chris. She said she is heading out of Mackay until the end of April so not ready to do anything. Will keep in touch with her

15/02/2023 - Pam AD: I have met with Chris. Lots to be done at the house. She plans to purchase another one then move and touch up the house. Will keep in contact

10/02/2023 - Pam: Have an appraisal booked in for Tuesday. 

Maxine: Appraisal has been booked for Monday 13/2/23 at 3:00pm.
