2/8/23 Brad Nicholls: He will do the renovations over time, and look to sell hopefully in the future. Not certain of selling though.
29/3/23-Not selling until renos and repairs will be 12 months plus away
2/3 Lincoln - doing renos good location will prob not sell for a year.
15/2/23- Brad Nicholls met with Rudolfo and recommended if he spends 100k to do renos, he can prob sell for 1.3 mill worth it and he will keep in touch. vf
