5/5/23 Owner has advised that the property was her daughters as she has passed away and they are going through probate currently and this could take some time to complete & will be in touch once elizabeth knows more - Andrew
currently Elizabeth is arranging all furniture to be removed, painted, garden to be cleaned and to install a new dishwasher and wall air conditioner before marketing. this will take her 4 weeks in between her working as well. I have advised Elizabeth i will keep in touch and once all has been completed we can arrange for the next step
