12/04/2023 - Troy AD: still working with Sandy to get the listing. She is currently using my handyman at the property which is a great sign.
18/02/2023 - Troy: I met with Sandy yesterday and they have started the process of cleaning the property up. Her Brother was an extreme hoarder so this is a huge job. I sent my tradesman their yesterday to assess and quote for them. She wants me to send her a report on Monday as they are not legally able to sign up just yet. I will keep you posted.
14/02/2023 - Troy: I spoke with Sandy straight away and I am seeing her on Friday. I will let you know how we go after meeting on Friday.
