Adam -JUL 23 - seller apreciated our feedback about the sate of the property & took on board our recommendations of repairs, this property is getting the reairs done, we are in contact with the reseller & belive we have a god chance of listing the property when the seller is ready.



 We have viewed the property & had a good discussion with the owner Natasha in regards to possible improvements at the property which would assist with maximising the selling price, the discussion was constructive. No agency agreement or listing yet however feel we are sitting in a good position with Natasha to win the business if she does decide to list the property for sale.

hat’s excellent news you have been successful in making fresh contact, her being away makes some sense why we were struggling, we will make contact without delay & loop you in on progress, hopefully she can instruct her managing agency to pass on the tenancy details so we can view the property to do a proper appraisal. 




 Hi Natasha , unfortunately no good , we haven't seen it listed with anyone else but the owner stopped contact with us, we even tried to seek permission from the managing agent to access the property & permission hadn't been granted or communicated from the owner so haven't even been able to get inside the property, regards Adam


Just a quick update we are just waiting on authority for the access to the property as its currently being managed by another agency, once we get access we will be able present a proposal to the owner
