Thank you for touching base. Yes, I spoke with Adam and he was chasing a desktop appraisal which I sent a few weeks ago. I followed up with an e-mail last week and spoke to him today. It seems like him and his partner have split up so he said he needs to discuss any selling plans with her. He said he would be in touch when they are ready
