25/02/2023 - Josh: Met with owner and a few months off. Has the right ideas about cleaning up and presenting and wanted to know if there was anything else necessary. Another real-estate called while I was there.
22/03/2023 - Josh: Got onto Caroline after 4th attempt. Had 2 agents out and didn't want me to come originally, but now managed to get an appointment tomorrow afternoon. Not ready as previously notes until August / September.
