2/11/2023 - Simon: They have decided to hold off selling for now but we talk regularly

Simon: At the moment they?re still gathering all the paperwork required to submit to the finance board that represent the vendor.
Sam: the owners are hard to gauge with who they will list with. They claim to be about 6 weeks away from being ready to make decision/ready fro market.I last spoke with the nieces a week ago and they said still a month or more before any decisions will be made. Will keep following them and keep you posted.
22/02/2023 - Carolyn: they have made contact. All working on appraisals for me.
21/02/2023 - Simon: I have met with Carolyn today and another cousin Lorraine. I viewed 6 Edith St Speers Point, but did not need to view 8 Hall St, Merewether as that is definitely a knock down rebuild. I feel both properties are most likely knock down rebuilds. We have emailed them now what was required: 1) Sale Price Estimate 2) Fees and marketing costs 3) Sale Method recommendation They are seeking the same information from 2 other agents to assist them with the process.
