Gray: Appraised the property. On follow up, the owners said that they have shelved their plans to move at this stage.


2/3/23 IAN GRAY:  I spoke to Sonia. She said she was very happy with what we had discussed but they had a family conference on Sunday and they have decided not to move at this stage due to family circumstances. She and Joe may move over with her parents at some stage but they would keep the house for a while if that was the case. They still have a few adult children at home with them. If anything changes, she said she will be in touch, so I will let you know if and when that happens.


28/2/23 I had quite a good meeting with Sonia on Friday afternoon. Joe wasn’t there though. She planned to discuss everything with him. I haven’t heard back yet. I plan to follow up with her later today.
