Rebecca: I have actually already been in contact with Jason as he called me earlier this week. Unfortunately I am unable to assist him with this sale due to timing. I am going to be away for a couple of weeks and he really needs assistance ASAP. Any other time of course I would accept however I felt another agent would be of benefit due to the property needing the attention it needs as it has been in the market already for quite some time and as mentioned I will be away for 2/3 weeks 🤗
