Lot 117, North Batemans Bay Caravan Park, The property is a 2 bedroom bungalow in fairly good condition I do believe there are some maintenance issues to be completed.
Park fees are approx. $6000 per Annum and have increased to this over the past 9 years.
Maddy Lawton is the owner of the villa. she can stay in it up to approx. 3 months of the year. The rest of the time it is vacant. However she has not been to it for approx. 2 years now.
