20/02/2023 - Ryan: called Mathew and didnt want a call. He is dealing with a Ray White down town and said for us to call him. No further interest from us.

20/02/2023 - Clint: I have spoken with Mathew last year and he was dealing with multiple agents at the one time. His plans changed all the time and so did the pricing. I will pass on this one.
