24/04/18: Last phone call w/ vendor, advised he has decided to rent property instead
18/08/17: Will be putting things on hold for the moment until the weather warms up
09/08/17: Ray advised, vendor's expectations of what his property may be worth was way higher than the market price at present. Duncan/vendor said he would rather hold onto the property for now and keep renting it out.
04/08/17: Agents David (later declined terms), Ray, & Matt accepted referral
