Mark:  I’ve been working this lead for the past 18 months, but unfortunately they have now signed with a family friend who offered them a very low/mates rates fee.

5/03/2023 - Mark: i met with them yesterday and had a good, long chat. they are very early days and arent sure if or when they will sell but i told them im happy to stay in touch over the months/years ahead as their plans progress. they were very thankful for the advice i gave them on what to do and what to leave in terms or renovations etc.

Mark Larmer: AJH called Jim, He knows the road is getting very busy due to traffic taking a short cut whilst they do the roadworks on Gundaroo Drive. They are not sure on their plans, they are curious on what they could get. Their kids have left home now, they have 1 kid at home that will leave soon. They may even move interstate. Just wants some numbers for now. Christina his partner, put the enquiry in which whichagent and used his number. They are getting 3 x quotes. Cris from Holly has called just before me and a second agent called them also. They have painters coming in soon to do so some works. He said this Friday would be the earliest and may work and I said I’m very flexible on the Friday. He will talk to Christina about times and come back to me.
