Hi Mari she sent an email with attachments of the agency agreements, this property has been an issue maybe in good faith we can issue our referral fee at 15% incl gst as they had to go to court etc. But it sounds like settlement may not go through or be delayed in which case maybe wait and email Bronwyn closer to settlement date if any news, not sure when that is. vf

As I’m sure you know this property has been in court for many years with the owners/investors being in dispute with each other. We also got dragged into their messy court battle and spent over $12k on solicitor and barrister fees.

9/5/23 Although they had a signed agency agreement and were ready to go were expecting a 5.5mill sale, the mortgagee in possession went behind their backs and sold 3 of the units to someone they know. speaking to lawyers to see what next steps are and if they can start to sell Units 2 and 4 which collectively only worth a mill.
